The Maine Pops Concert Band is now on an extended holiday break, following a series of full band and small ensemble holiday performances that occurred in December. The full concert band returns to rehearsals on Wednesday, January 7 to begin spring concert preparations.
The next public performance of the Maine Pops will be Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Cross Insurance Arena in Portland when band performs the Canadian and United States national anthems prior to the 3 p.m. ECHL contest between the Maine Mariners and Trois Rivieres Lions. The band is also slated to perform The Star-Spangled Banner on March 1 at the Portland Expo when the Maine Celtics host the Windy City Bulls.
The band wishes to thank all who support and attend our concerts all year in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
