Rehearsals for the Maine Pops Concert Band's 2025 spring season begin Janaury 15 at a location to be determined. The band will normally rehearse at Scarborough High School every Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. starting January 22.

As always, there will be adjustments to the rehearsal schedule throughout the year as the local Scarborough schools conduct their own music and theater programs at the high school and middle school levels. The Maine Pops will take all steps necessary to coordinate alternate venues and inform the membership of rehearsal site changes in advance.

The Maine Pops Concert Band continues its recruitment of musicians in Maine and New Hampshire to join or rejoin the band. The band now has over 100 musicians registered. No auditions are required, but the band is now concentrating on filling specific instrumental voids within sections.
